Luis Suárez Arrones:
With an extensive background as a physical trainer in professional football, Luis Suárez Arrones has made his mark in esteemed teams like FC Basel, Tianjin Quanjian, Qatar National Soccer Team, ACF Fiorentina, Aspire Academy, and Racing de Santander. Currently serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at FC Lugano, Luis Suárez Arrones is also a Professor of Sports Training and Functional Assessment at the prestigious Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Spain. His research is dedicated to sports training, managing training loads, and injury prevention in football. As a Sports Scientist, Physiologist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Martin Buchheit’s work, with over 165 publications, has been dedicated to intervention strategies and profiling assessments aimed at enhancing players’ physical and technical potential, all backed by a scientific approach. With a strong educational background in Strength & Conditioning, Statistics, and a PhD in Exercise Physiology, Martin has honed his expertise as a sports scientist at Aspire Academy. Greg Bogdanis:
Professor Greg Bogdanis is a distinguished expert specializing in muscle fatigue, recovery from intense exercise, muscle damage, eccentric exercise, exercise testing, muscle strength and power, sprint exercise, and athletics jumps. Presently, he holds the position of Professor at the esteemed National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as being a FECSS (Fellow of the European College of Sport Science) and FACSM (Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine).
