Professor Rob Duffield is a sports & exercise scientist at the University of Technology Sydney. He also works as Head of Research & Development for Football Federation Australia (FFA). His research areas include factors related to fatigue and recovery, sleep and travel, training and cooling in the heat, injury prevention and methods to improve sports performance. Apart from working for FFA, he also collaborates with a range of professional football teams and other national sporting organisations.
