BACKGROUND
Carlos has worked with several teams, including UD Almeria, Real Betis Balompié and Maccabi Tel Aviv FC.
- Subsequently he was assistant coach at Maccabi Tel Aviv FC, Federación Ecuatoriana de Fútbol - F.E.F and Shenzhen Football Club before becoming head coach of Beitar Tel Aviv Bat Yam FC.
