BACKGROUND
Matt Taberner is a Sports Scientist and researcher; BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Northampton; and MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University.
He has been working at Everton Football Club (UK) for 6 years as Head of Rehabilitation and Head of Sports Science, and at Aston Villa Football Club (UK) for 6 years as Lead Academy Sports Scientist. He is an expert in sports performance, nutrition and injuries rehabilitation in football.
